If you want to know what the church really means, it is important to revisit the Bible where the word was first mentioned. Looking at some of its synonyms will help you have a better understanding of this word. The church also means the house of God, a fellowship, a group of people who are called by His name or a synagogue. This means that it does not necessarily mean a building even though it represents it in a way. God wants the church to grow and expand. That is why Jesus gave the last commission to go to the uttermost ends of the earth. Today, church planting management ministry pastor growth helps in fulfilling the last commission.

Pastors who are under a ministry may not find it funny when asked to relocate to an area to start up a new one. The first thing that comes to his mind is how he will continue to get the kind of money he is used to for his needs and that of his household. But with aid from other ministers, he can easily achieve that.

Apart from money, he begins to think of how his family is going to cope while he is away. He considers his children and his wife and thoughts of safety begin to flood. For some minutes, he thinks of giving up or giving some excuses for why he cannot do the task. If not for the assurance given by church planting management ministries, he may even think of quitting as a pastor.

Money is not even the major problem that faces church planting tasks. In most occasions, it has been seen how pastors suddenly fall sick to the point of death because the devil attacked their health. These and other challenges are better solved when the man of God has a group of people praying for him and not just providing financial support.

To be a planter requires serious prayers. Even though it is God's work, you need to pray well for its success. Ministries that are solely devoted to planting churches have members that back up the physical exercise with prayers. The good ones have prayer warriors who are willing and ready to pray and fast for weeks.

Pride is another problem with pastors nowadays. They always want to be praised by their members for what they do. Some of them, after a successful building of another church, take all the glory to themselves. This temptation is however far from those who hand over the job to a group of other Christians from the very first day.

Children of God get challenges like this to plant churches. As a result, they should not take it personally but rather consider it as an avenue for God to lift them spiritually since one is never the same after such an exercise. If your friends are given a place to manage immediately after graduating as pastors, thank the Lord of it and concentrate on what he wants you to do for him.

But if you sincerely think you cannot do the job, it is better to recruit others instead of rejecting the assignment. God's work must be done and it does not matter who goes about it. You may then supervise the work of the people you have asked to help you out. This may even be better as they will also help you to find new members.
